A much loved restaurant of mine in Paris called 'Racines' uses perfect mini vegetables to make very simple and intensely delicious meals.
We found these little ones in the organic section of the Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne. Definitely worth the extra pennies for something you wouldn't normally have on your plate.
